Frontlines Annual Summer BBQ & Back-to-School Giveaway.

Thank you for your interest in Frontlines’ Annual Summer Barbecue and Back-to-School Giveaway! This form is to facilitate your registration for a free backpack and school supplies at our upcoming BBQ.

Please note:
🎒 Youth ages 13–18 may register themselves for 1 backpack.
🎒 Parents/guardians may register for up to 2 backpacks total for their children (ages 6–12).

Filling out this form is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee a backpack. It helps us plan and prioritize based on need and available supplies. You will be contacted with confirmation and additional event details closer to the date.

In order to receive the backpack, registered youth and children must attend the BBQ, so come celebrate the end of summer and get ready for the school year — we look forward to seeing you there!
